Features · Reminders and texts
Reminders that get a reply.
Confirmations and reminders go by text, email or both, from a real phone number. Clients reply Y to confirm, and their replies land in Messages, where you can text them back.
14 days free. No card needed.
Confirmed with a Y
Texts come from a phone number, never a business name, so clients can reply. A reply of Y confirms the appointment. Anything else waits in Messages, with every text and email you’ve sent them.
The right message for each service
A confirmation when they book and a reminder before they come, in your words. Services can have their own messages too.
- What to do before the appointment, sent days ahead if it needs notice
- Aftercare after it
- A nudge when it’s time to rebook
Marketing, only to clients who agreed
Campaigns to lapsed clients, birthdays, one stylist’s or service’s clients, or a tag. Automatic welcome, birthday, “not seen for a while” and Google review texts, never twice and only to clients who agreed. Replying STOP opts a client out by itself.
Nothing to set up
We send the texts and emails for you: no SMS account, no keys to copy. Texts come in a monthly bundle at 6c each.
Questions
Can texts show my salon’s name instead of a number?
No. Texts only come from phone numbers, so clients can reply and the sender is always a real number. Marketing texts start with your salon’s name.
Do replies use texts from our bundle?
No. Only the texts your salon sends count.
How many reminders does a client get?
A confirmation when they book and one reminder before the appointment, at the time you choose. A service that needs notice, like a long colour, can have its own message days before.
What if we send more texts than our bundle?
Extra texts are 10c each, up to a monthly limit you choose ($50 to start). Past it, marketing texts wait, but confirmations and reminders still go.
Can I use my own SMS or email account?
No, and you don’t need one: FullColumn sends every salon’s texts and emails.
