Every visit, what they’ve spent and how often they come in, with notes and before-and-after photos. Colour formulas live on the card. Allergies show in red everywhere, and you’re warned when colour is booked for someone without a patch test in the last six months.

Colour, weighed to the gram.
The colour bar shows the day’s colour clients with their last formula, ready to mix again, less whatever was left in the bowl last time. Pick each tube by its shade and pour on an Acaia scale connected in Chrome: each one fills to the formula’s grams, green when it’s right and red when it’s over. Or weigh on any scale and type it.
Every formula knows what it cost. Tubes come out of stock as they’re used, and the colour report shows each service’s and stylist’s colour cost, what’s left in the bowl and what’s poured over. All on the same plan, not an add-on.
