Questions

Who counts as a team member?

Anyone with a column on the calendar. Reception and admin logins are free, and nobody after the 10th costs anything, however big the team.

What if we send more texts than our bundle?

Extra texts are 10c each, on your next bill, up to a monthly limit you choose ($50 to start). Past it, marketing texts wait, but confirmations and reminders still go. A text is up to 160 characters; longer ones count as more than one.

Do you take a cut of card payments?

No. Card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s usual rates, and the money goes straight to your bank. We add nothing.

What happens when the trial ends?

Choose a plan whenever you’re ready; nothing is charged until the 14 days are up. If you don’t, your salon goes read-only: you can still look things up and download everything.

Can we cancel?

Any time, from Plan & billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you can download all your data, even after it ends.

Is GST included?

Prices are before GST. Australian salons pay 10% GST on top, shown on every invoice.

How many texts does a salon send?

A confirmation and a reminder for each appointment, plus whatever marketing you send. We suggest 250 a month for each team member: 4 team members would start with 1,000 texts. You can change your bundle any month.
